Option to completely hide bar with arrow which opens sidebar

Maybe make it to only appear if hovering over it and/or tie its toggle to a hotkey.
On a normal horizontal screen the space it takes up is insignificant but with a vertically positioned screen it's actually quite a distracting amount of wasted space.

Spoiler contains a screencap, since the screen loses so much width whilst the bar's width stays the same it ends up obscuring a lot more.

@Degernase, if you use the "fit to width", "long strip" options and zoom in the page (110% is enough for my case), that right arrow hides. That's how I usually read stuff on my vertical monitor.

Oh that's great trick, much appreciated. Thought it didn't work at first but 130% was enough.
