The supply chain is truly a magical and fascinating thing. As Sam O'Nella put it in one of his videos it's fascinating that in Victorian times you can have people starving on the street due to lack of food and yet someone right across the street can order dozens of living baboons from the other side of the world. Global Supply chains are truly fascinating. The fact that even all the way back in Roman times you could have someone living in Italy running a shop communicate and make orders from a silkworm Farm in China.

It is. Logistic is so much important and play major role in the war. Forget about how big artillery's is or how awesome rifle is. Without logistic, they are nothing. I remember watching video of game call Foxhole and there's a Logistic Company consist of player who do logistic. Because their demand is not ben listen by the Dev, they stop working at Logistic and chaos ensues LoL. At the end, the developer listen to their request and the war continue. And that's why Logistic play important role not just War, but also other place.
