That's actually going to be an interesting point bc Gustav's whole reason for the war is unifying non-human races for a possible future conflict with Gloire or Camelot, so while he definitely is going to purge and try army officers, he might be tempted to try and integrate some like that Marine Commander who show themselves to be actually competent.
