No, as far as I understood it, it was revealed all the summoned heroes have the power to absorb skills. However, Nakatani is the only one who can do it without killing the victim. The others must also be unable to claim them from monsters, otherwise they would have certainly noticed it during their first dungeon exploration. This naturally does make things a lot easier for Nakatani. Onizuka discovered the second best option: becoming a psycho murderer on the loose.

All heroes have the ability to take the skills of those they kill, mc can do this without killing.

Idk I still think it is stupid af that any of the other heros can absorb skills. Completely disregards anything "special" about the MC. So what, he doesn't have to kill? That just makes it so he is morally justified in the eyes of the reader to absorb. Onizuki and any of the other heros should be able to one shot the MC if they don't get near to him.

I hope this gets better soon, because right now the story is pretty low quality.

I think Onizuka's personal power is just a powerful hit. In a recent chapter, the MC got a skill booster and basically said it turned Onizukas's attack into a ranged one.

Difference is; the MC doesnt need to kill to steal skills, the other heroes must kill.

Yeah. But I guess that would have been too simple for the author, and indeed it should have been. Though to be honest, I'm not sure the author had quite decided during the first chapters what the human empire is, exactly, planning to do with the summoned people. The story is a bit of a mess. At least the story has mentioned the local authorities are disappointed by the heroes' performance, which gives a lot of leeway: It allows the author to state that whatever plans the human empire originally had, they were scrapped. So, basically the heroes could have been left hanging.
