It's weird that you're complaining about the translation improving.
I honestly don't think any amount of updated translations will improve this story, there's only so many words to describe guilt ridden grooming/incest but that's just me.
However we do miss out on gems like these:

That's... an interesting arrangement. Sounds like one of those could be PR, and they can just discuss the finer details of the translation amongst themselves. If they insist on alternating for some bizarre reason, they can just... alternate.
