@Invader_Retro Goodness gracious, please forgive me, I had no idea! Had I known there was such protocol attached to contacting for the purpose of raising an issue, I'd have sent a royal delegation of diplomats and escorts to carry my missive! Reality check, sunshine: It's posted on MD, I'm reading this on MD, there's a per-manga, per-chapter comment or discussion function on MD, which invites, and is being used, to comment on, or discuss, mangas and chapters posted on MD, including their scanlation/translation, so I'm going to use that function to comment and, if discussion ensues, discuss on MD, and not go on an epic quest to some Bumretch, Nebrahoma, which may or may not lie halfway around the globe, to deliver my message written on a cake in a bottle! Simple as that! I don't give a flying rat's arse as to what other holes of lurking there might be where I might or might not find people responsible for the matter in question.
As for who cares or cares not for the mistake: Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Just as the conscious decision of following this pointless convention was made, or the conscious decision to neglect or not bother correcting those "mistakes" was made, maybe other people made the conscious decision to just roll their eyes and mutter "not this shit again" to themselves rather than choose to voice their dissatisfaction, but that doesn't make the "mistakes" any less present, now does it? Ultimately, it's everyone's own choice, and only everyone for themselves can know for sure, whereas
you can't know it
for them, so why don't you stick to arguments that actually apply?
And let's be very clear about one thing. This, again, isn't about making mistakes. (I don't know how often I have to repeat this until it finally registers through your exasperated echauffement over my daring to be less than overflowingly generous in diplomacy!) It's about your trying to defend this conscious decision in favour of a certain convention as a mistake. Are you seriously saying that, whenever it came to breaking the honorifics into the next line, and ONLY then, what through your mind went was "Whoops, I shifted the hyphen into the next line! Whoops, I did it again, I am such a klutz!"?? I mean, you did it five times (as you counted yourself), and only for honorifics. Those mistakes do seem awfully selective as to where they appear, do they not?
You're only insulting yourself if you think you can excuse this like so. One should think you're better than that.
("You" meaning actually or personally you, or figuratively or representatively you, as applicable.)
