Maturing is realizing that the time you spent having fun as a child were the golden years. Nothing can ever top that. Wasting your childhood studying is something you'll regret cause as you grow older the studies will get harder so you can't juggle between fun and studies anymore after a certain time but as a child your studies are hella easy so its easy to have fun and study at the same time.
