@parkourse The Wolf men recognize him as their king because when they attacked him he spared their lives. They were so scared that the leader of the wolves offered up his own sister to him as a sacrifice, but Daichi basically just told them to live peacefully and took a portion of food as tribute.

Because of his overwhelming strength and kindness they view him in a very high regard. So, while Daichi wouldn't consider himself a king. The wolves revere him as such.

This guy's getting girls by just sitting around and being OP for fucking his house. Definitely one of my least favorite isekai protags. Up there with the guy who committed suicide and got rewarded by isekai.

Perhaps that should be "Some other" just to clarify it. This guy is fairly average frankly, not the worst and not the best.

Just to specify, the village was not created by the MC (or his house), but by the werewolves. As stated in the last chapter, they get a lot from living there and their land (a.k.a. territory) evolved into a better society.
The drop in hostile monsters and the overly powerful mana in the land give the werewolf the ability to make a lot of stuff and trade with the town and merchants which, in return, grant them access to knowledge and better craftsmanship. The werewolves are also capable of hunting in the dark forest which, as explained, is something hard for humans. This give the werewolves an access to rare resources and materials too.
So, in other words, instead of fighting monster just for the sake of feeding themselves, their pact of non-aggressiveness made with the MC against those who don't hunt them means they can focus their own resources into their society which, ultimately, make them even more efficient than humans at evolving.

@donoghu it actually is a sped-up version of human cultural evolution really. Once "safety" and "food" is secured, people were able to start developing culturally, building communities and whatnot. Of course, they skipped a few steps, but you're right.

Well, if you supply basically every necessity for a thriving land around your area, you're bound to be regarded highly whether you know it or not, just like the dragon king, Anne... he doesn't need to be some wise country leader, he just needs to exist because he's basically an embodiment of Gaia and prosperity at this point... and that's the charm of this laid back manga, we don't need to stress out shit like maintaining the social order.
