Given that onii-chan is living alone and Mao-chan just followed him to his place (IIRC her excuse was so she could get a closer commute) I can actually believe the parental absence.
I like how this went full circle with ch. 1. Would be funny if this was exactly 1 year from that. Except now, she's his cheeky "Little devil sister (girlfriend) in my house" who loves to tease (dote on) her (ex-)virgin big brother (boyfriend).
Short, but sweet. Another of my guilty pleasures to the Completed pile.

If you're the one who made this translation, I highly suggest you upload it. I'd like to say you can even make your own 1-person group for it. Then you can claim it (following the steps), so you can receive the Group Leader role and perms, if you wish.
I'd suggest uploading these with the info:

It's allowed, as far as I'm aware there are only rules limiting the maximum size of images, and I've actually seen much worse when it comes to really small images. Your work is fine.
