The M♡S on Honoka's eraser means Masumi♡Suzuki. It would be weird to mix and match family names and given names, so this is the most likely given the GL twist. If we ignore the twist, since it's Honoka's eraser, it's also implausible to be Miku♡Shuuhei or Maeda♡Suzuki.
This oneshot hits differently when re-read. I was about to call him a dense bastard at first, but being dense might've saved him here. But if these two girls were bi, they could also build a true polyamorous triangle that goes further than what Kanojo mo Kanojo did.

You know, I hate the typical harem genre so much that I thought it would be funny if there was twist concept where all the girls are gunning for the same guy like usual but then it turns out the guy is gay… that would be comedy. This one is a really good twist as well. Yuri triumphs over everything!

Definitely a BSS type of story, shame it’s a oneshot and I definitely didn’t see this as a love triangle as the title said.
But nonetheless, I kinda understand the harsh comment from some others here, it’s definitely feels like Ntr.
If you found about this oneshot and disappointed, I recommend “Gal Can’t Be Kind To Otaku?” where actual thrupple of girlxgirlxboy plot develops although they are not childhood friends heh.
