Yeah from the description it does and your statement is deserved, I am not going to defend it more than I did already, unfortunately the whole "I am the strongest of all" seems to be the central element, when it shouldn't be, because again the author some interesting hooks, he just can't follow up on them.

hmm Ic well I know a lot of series that have a lot of really good hooks but then fail to follow them or overuse cliches in ways that make it almost unreadable. So Ig I know what you mean. Like a lot of Romcoms have that problem I think. They have some good ideas and cool things but at some point it just shifts from the initial plot to harem side characters or unecessary drag outs to keep the story going. Not sure if its the same in this case though

i'm glad the author taking into account they are ex married couple, so skinship in panic like this is not something worth getting mad or needed a slap like usual romcom. heck Kouhei even actually embrace her for a bit to calm her, and Yuzuka totally not flustered by the fact they are hugging while naked. the senpai being chill is oddity though, lol
