Not exactly we find out who did it. It should be obvious, but. . . it was the cleric. She used sexual healing on Zarmen. It does come up again.

I think this was mostly a manga thing, but it has been a few years since I read the source. That, or it was just so the flow of the chapter wasn't broken for whatever reason.
