Same, I always remember Justus as the always pessimistic guy, as far as I remember he was always a self-indulgent guy who only cared about others when it benefited him and the only reason he took interest in Harold was because he thought he would make a very good test subject. The First half of this chapter portrays Justus as a guy who actually cares about Justice and Chivalry and had positive feelings towards the world to begin with, so it kinda threw me off guard too. It's been a while since I read the novel, but I don't recall Justus being shown in such positive light (via his internal monologue lacking overtly sinister thoughts).
I am confused. I thought he was supposed to be the villain.Same, I always remember Justus as the always pessimistic guy, as far as I remember he was always a self-indulgent guy who only cared about others when it benefited him and the only reason he took interest in Harold was because he thought he would make a very good test subject. Maybe he's just a chaotic good character and is just misunderstood?I am confused. I thought he was supposed to be the villain.
Apparently my last uploads on this series are shit that some head of a huge scanlator team compared me to comicdom and I took that personally.brother if that's bad quality and made on a phone I think some scanlator groups have a lot to reconsider

He IS the villain, atleast in the novel, I don't know how the manga is trying to handle him.I am confused. I thought he was supposed to be the villain.
Always the Isekai Gulty Pleasure lolOkay, I had fun with all the previous chapters so far and thought of this as another guilty pleasure generic isekai, but this chapter changed it all with Justus as a misunderstood villain and there are more layers to it.
