You also have to know what questions to ask, how to get someone to answer, who might otherwise not want to answer. You have to know who to ask questions to, as well.

And you have to know how to write it all down in a way that both conveys what needs to be said, what was said, all in a way that will make others want to read it.

Honestly, it should require an education, if someone is going to be taken seriously and have the responsibility of imparting information to lots of people.

None of those things would require a four year degree and thousands of dollars though. Literally following "who, what, when, where, why, and how" for questions would be enough and highschool grads should be able to write a report.

My theory is 2 options

Option A, this is all a ploy to break his mind to the level that he tries to kill her or hurt her and then gets locked away, and then no one would hear his side like what happened to her so he suffers like she did.

Option B, she figured out that he infact didn't write the article and it was sensationalised, he may have been kind to her or she read his writing in prison and saw that there was a big difference between his normal articles and hers. So while she now understands that, she still believes he needs to take responsibility and suffer for not standing up for her. Now she wants to morph him into someone devoted and obsessed with her, someone who will spend the rest of his life doing what she wants for forgiveness. Whether or not she wants him for utilitarian, sexual or romantic reasons she just wants to dominate him and make him her property.

That's what I'm guessing at least rn.
