Author has a long stack of series to their name including several notable series and adaptations as well as a wide breadth of works across the manga spectrum. artist seems to either be an new unknown to the industry or just someone whose work hasnt appeared on mangadex at all before this.

Plot has me curious so i'll give it a shot.

No, TSF does stand for Trans-Sexual Fiction. Sometimes solitary images are even just tagged "TS" on twitter since obviously a single picture isn't a fiction. And no, it has absolutely nothing to do with trans people or the LGBT movement. (though I know a lot of trans people who love genderswap)

"TSF" is just what they say over there instead of "TG".
