The wall of fake blog posts is a detection prevention system. Usually, you have to wait around 10 seconds, click on the button that appears, then you get sent to the bottom of the page where a hidden link is revealed (only if you click on the first button). Technically, they only need to do just the once, but since I believe it's not only a detection prevention sysem but may be one of those sites that give you money per visit, they usually do it between 2 and 5 times, sometimes interleaving regular adfly-like pay-per-click services.
