That TO Books is still first and foremost a light novel publishing company is evident in that 99% of their manga are adaptions of (and thus, at least in part, adverts for) their own LN titles (the only manga original exception I can think of is Dance in the Vampire Bund, and that wasn’t even theirs to begin with; they published the new sequel along with re-releasing the earlier series when the author parted company with Kadokawa for whatever reason)
