yes, no matter what the guide does, Liam will always get through it. Sometimes it'll go negative for a bit, then bam, stroke of good fortune. There's even a bit where the guide starts helping Liam's enemies and everything starts going bad for Liam... to just get turned around anyway.
He can't fight for shit, but can somehow teach impossible techniques. He takes 2 more disciples later and they become extremely powerful. Then even later he takes a ton of students and they don't become as powerful as his previous 3 disciples but are still powerful.

That's how I interpreted it first time I read it, but I'm rereading now since it's been a while and noticed they "took a break" and then he turned off comms so they couldn't contact him...
He's living his life freely so if he wanted to grope her, he would and definitely did

While manga tends to leave out juicy details (like how the fact, that MC indeed uses the "sexual intercourse function" of his maid, was only stated in chapter 19.1), i still think here you are reading too much into it.
MC did consider "ordering" Nias before that, but i've no idea how he planned to do that, since she isn't technically his subject. Break could be just a break, and the comms could've been off the whole time. Besides, groping matter was never brought up in future chapters.
But, even if by some chance it did happen, i was talking about what happened before "taking a break". Well, i guess, in the end, it's up to our imagination, whether he did or didn't grope her at that moment.

What exactly was the top hat expecting? He took the MC from an utterly miserably death and made him the king of a planet. He hasn't needed to do anything much as a king. The place has pretty much developed on its own and under the butler and robot maid's care. MC himself is mostly concentrating on his studies and training, which have been rewarding, but also have kept him so busy he doesn't need to spend time remembering the horrible end of his previous life. It would be strange if he wasn't grateful.
