@criver Actually, history is about logic. The only problem is that we only get to see all the prerequisites in retrospective because there's a lot of factors.

You cannot compare the "logic" (which is just the causality principle and is not something specific to history) in history to the logic in mathematics. History as a curriculum subject is for the most part memorization and nothing more. Math on the other hand is based on formal logic, so you can technically derive any true statement that you use from the basic axioms.
