Hi, guys. I just want to clarify a couple of things. I noticed that some unhinged readers started jumping to conclusions after my friend simply pointed out that that sniper sniped us, with them throwing obscenities and cusses his way. Is it too much to ask people to have a good scanlation etiquette? We, for one, always check if a series is not worked on by another scans group, even if one month or 2 months have passed since the last release. Yet, those guys started attacking my friend and doxing him just for pointing out the obvious. Well, judging by the amount of obscenities and cusses that were thrown our way by a couple of jerks, I doubt the word "decent" exists in their dictionary, so there's no point in trying to advocate for having a good scanlation etiquette (you would never see us sniping people around). And dw, we won't stoop down to that level with cussing and doxing people. Anyway, putting aside some people's shitty upbringing, I also have a few things to say to this rando sniper. He probably thinks he's aura farming with these dogshit quality snipes and basking in the praise of the readers. However, that's nothing but a joke to me with the amount of mistranslations that were in the chapters.

First of all, both of the chapter titles were mistranslated. Chapter four's title is 派生二次職, which means "Sub-second-job/sub-secondary-job". I fail to understand how you'd mistranslate that whole world as "class". Every JTL worth their salt, even those with an N4 in the JLPT, knows that "class" in Japanese is クラス which is written in katakana.

In chapter 5, the title was 王子様と勇者様, which means "Prince and the Hero". It's beyond me how you mistranslated Ouji-sama as Princess. Smh.

In both of those bubbles, SR was talking about himself, but you messed up with the pronouns. How could you mess it up when it's obvious that it's SR who has those capricious stunts where he quickly change jobs to a different job? Smh.

Here's another mistranslation. Princess Phenon said in the raws 「セラは私の王子様だけどあの方は私の勇者様だもの！」. So the she did not mean the Hero by Prince, she was talking about Sela herself. And I fail to understand how you'd mistranslate that sentence, when セラ (Sela) is the first word in the sentence.

I'm not gonna waste my time with the other mistranslations, but I'll tell you this: go take more Japanese classes, though I'm led to believe that you're just using MTL.
Also, thanks for the readers that stuck with us so far. And sorry for the late updates; I'm swamped with work from other scans groups, so yeah. And as of this moment, we're dropping this series.
Oh, yeah. If this sniper really doesn't use MTL, then he's free to meet me in Scanner School's Discord server. I'll have him read those 2 chapters in Japanese in the vc in front of me and any other JTL would be free to join. Though, I doubt he'd want to do that, 'cause he probably just uses MTL lmao.

Being honest i didn't even noticed it was another group until Dragon posted, Dragons work is better? Yeah, but HuTao work wasn't horrendous to warrant such condemning tone, i understand you guys must be upset even more because of things that happened to your friend and such, HuTao translation isn't perfect but i don't think he did things out of malice, the guy only ever uploaded the two chapters he worked in this series.
I'd guess he wasn't even aware of these unspoken general '''rules''' of three months to claim a series and such, guys account is barely 1 month old. And being honest i never cared about these unspoken rules, but i understand groups who try to make a living out of scanlation or having more high standards getting upset with snipers.

I just don't think it's in good spirit to make it a war and attack the guy being rude, at least reading the comments in the other chapters forums i never saw HuTao attacking Dragon or being rude with them.
I bet he just saw a series he liked and thought it would be nice to translate it, guy doesn't even ask for donations or money, so i don't think he is doing it for bucks or clout. I would even bet if Dragon asked him nicely he would stop doing this series and pick another.
And even if he didn't what is stopping Dragon from continuing with the series? If a business rival shows up you don't close your store, you show yours is better through actions.

Anyways all the best to Dragon and HuTao, just wish all this went through in a more mature way. But of course the only truly wrong ones in all this are the people who attacked the groups/doxed the guy and initiated this.
