The segment about the TV program is another social commentary. The real problem with the Vtuber scam thing the program is talking about is the fact that our ostensibly "progressive" society was content to enable business models that thrive on banal and totally not wholesome interactions between gross older men/incels and manipulative younger women. Reverse scenarios also happen btw, it's not only one way - there are cases where young male streamers take advantage of both gullible girls younger than them and lonely wine aunts. And that's before we even get to a certain subset of lifestyle influencers specializing on selling snake oil to audiences that are mostly their own gender.
At one point you will have to realize that yes, these male and female individuals are problematic - but they are just symptoms of the disease.
