It's just so bland. The setup is that she mysteriously takes a different route to school, and the shocking truth is that she's skipping school and resting on a grassy slope. Like whoop dee fucking doo. The MC's monomyth is that he's stuck in a rut going to school on time every day, and suddenly a mysterious girl tells him "why not skip school and lie down and do nothing?" and his boring everyday life changes completely as he lies down and does nothing instead of going to school on time.
