Calling a dude handsome and asking if he's got a girlfriend isn't sexual harassment though? If they kept pressing AFTER he declined them, sure, but what those girls did was just normal flirting/hitting on someone. Bruh

I mean, flip the genders and have it be a bunch of dudes saying "wow you're hot miss do you have a boyfriend" to Yukishino, which is pretty much exactly what Catcalling is, and is a known form of (I guess "low-grade" if you really want to split hairs) sexual harassment.
Also it being women hitting on a dude is still Catcalling, but people tend to recognize it more when it's men doing it to a woman, so.

But, sure.

If it were a woman in the workplace then it depends on ONE THING:

I kinda disagree. HR doesn't jump on people ass cause a dude said "I like what you did with your hair". They do it cause the girl who got complimented, doesn't like the guy and is a vindictive Karen. So the HR got a deep and long story of perpetual harassment, completely fictional of course. If there are no cameras - its she/he said battle, battle that dudes often lose. If the harpy also has Karen'ish friends who will lie to help her - you can just pack your things cause you are sure to be fired.
...
Fixed that for you. Without evidence actively disproving a woman's allegation or witnesses willing to testify that it didn't happen HR will almost always side with the woman and at least issue a warning/reprimand. And it WILL affect the next salary review cycle.

Yeah true. HR in the first place was basically created by women for women, to fuck up companies/stuff for men. At least thats what internet tells me.
