It's most probably gonna end up with the cause being a misunderstanding around Fumi trying to investigate Hanabi's situation, which will lead to her revealing Hanabi's blackmail rape to MC, which will move the plot forward. All done by using Nanao's already established shitty persona to do that.

As far as writing goes, this one is pretty fine. Brings both plotlines together well enough, and will be rid of Nanao most likely in the process.

Wow even tho I despise her, that feels way too over the top. That's the main reason I never touch revenge manga. Okay she getting punished is fine but that's just way too inhumane.
