This is actually a decent point to end this manga.
The abusers got punished and MC got a better gf, it's like all the main problems are already solved.
This is where the novel ended.
This is where the Web Novel ended**, but the author published a 2nd volume for the Light Novel which looks like is where the manga is going to head now

So the bitch not once had some bad history with her parents or anything that could cause her to 'love' MC in such a twisted way, no edgy backstory or anything of the sort. She was just so overwhelmed with her own emotions that they override everything in her surroundings, including her boyfriend, and not once did she ever felt one piece of concern over what she's doing to him?

Is that some form of bipolar disorder that was just stuck on the radical high end after she grew past her energetic childhood? And it's only now after she's hit the lowest points in her life, that she's finally gotten off of her 'high' and has a taste of the 'low' end? I would not be surprised if she suddenly commits suicide at this point if the pain is too much to bear.

So the moral of the story here: Who needs emotions if they cause harm to you and those around?

Gotta say...emotions are some shit that can ruin almost any relationship if not checked.
The irony is that in a sincere relationship it's those same emotions that prob got you in one in the first place. It's a bit of a fuck imo.

Ironically, this actually made me like her character (not her, to be clear). No traffic, convoluted back story for a forced, easy redemption. She just sucks. Just like real life.

I really like how this manga tackles the toxicity here.
The narrative admits what Hanabi did was because of love, but it does spell out that it was wrong and Ichinose is 100% on the right for not forgiving her.
Just because it's something done out of love doesn't mean it's right or an excuse!

Personally I will forgive hanabi because she is cute
But would you "correct" her(in multiple ways)in the middle of the woods on a mountain late at night where her(very serious)leg injury prevents her from fighting back?

Because that's what she needs the most during that whole fiasco, but surgery level damage is a good second place.

This is such a good place to end the series.
I feel strong urge to drop and conclude this because I don't think next arc will be good
