This feels somewhat unnecessary

I mean I guess this girl was a bit of a loose end but the author literally just introduced two situations that are seem way more important than this nonsense

Between the friend who is dating a girl he knows is a cheater and the ex girlfriend doing illicit work for money, this just feels like trivial nonsense the MC should just dismiss out of hand and walk out of there.

I'm genuinely hoping that's what's happening, the author just trying to quickly get this loose thread tied up before moving on to the more important stuff, but I bet this'll get dragged out and be a big old fight between the happy couple and be a complete slog to read through.

You'd think the moral of the story would be that opening up to people is a good thing but honestly with how many full blown sociopaths enter the MCs orbit I think the happy couple might just be better off ignoring everyone else on the planet at this point. Apparently every other woman on the planet besides the main heroine is pure evil, so probably best to just not engage with them anymore.

She did get coerced and actually went through with it, last we saw of her was her stumbling out of public toilets in a cum-stained skirt, being seen by and lying to Yukishiro that it's just her new boyfriend being too horny.
Then the manga decided that there are more important things to tell us

How much you bet this is gonna end with whatever she said being a massive lie and for the author to give her an awful ending like Hanabi?

It's most probably gonna end up with the cause being a misunderstanding around Fumi trying to investigate Hanabi's situation, which will lead to her revealing Hanabi's blackmail rape to MC, which will move the plot forward. All done by using Nanao's already established shitty persona to do that.

As far as writing goes, this one is pretty fine. Brings both plotlines together well enough, and will be rid of Nanao most likely in the process.

The best thing MC could do at this point is to be like "Ok" and go back to enjoying his time with his GF despite this bitch's interferences. She already clearly tried to finesse a date out of him by making him come all the way out to a diner in the middle of nowhere and stall for time before telling her very obvious lie.

This woman is a fucking loser, and if it escalates either go to the boss or the police.
