No, Kirigaya is using the video as blackmail to keep sex trafficking her, so she’s basically trapped. I mean, she could, I don’t know, go to the police, but in manga the police either don’t exist or are extremely incompetent. The author just went full stupid with the writing.

This plot is so fucking dumb.
Also in recent chapters it’s just chapter after chapter of text spam filler dialogue and thought bubbles with constant rehashes of prior information or characters spending 12 pages working through a really basic common sense human emotion or trivial moral dilemma that would be solved in 1 or 2 pages in better manga. The pace is glacial. Mangaka is padding shit to make his page count. It honestly feels like you could delete 10 pages every chapter and still have the same story.

ive seen a recap of this on YouTube up to chapter 40.. I was interested but then saw the comments.. "story was interesting until the author went hiatus" "I went to read the manga online and holy it took a dark turn" and other stuff.. others even warned them that it had SA.. never knew the story took such a BAD turn though. welp safe to say I'm dropping this shi
