Pardon me for a moment while I pontificate about a different series that has characters that encapsulate how different people handle insecurity differently: Evangelion. Kumoko is like Shinji, rejecting everyone else and retreating inward. Aiko is like Asuka, pushing everyone away with a fake persona to hide her actual weaknesses. The end result is the same: an insurmountable wall around your heart that very few can penatrate.

I do like how each of the Karins have their own activity so show difference, Himeka's is badmintion to show that princess side but not going all out, Kumaka is playing an arcade game while Galka is going all out in a batting cage.
Aika is all about trying to be cool with her trying to take Yuu skating which it and ice skating teaching people how to do them makes one look cool and reliable.

With Overcoming I meant the change of her and her circumstances, that led the bullying to stop.

A lot of romcoms have the MC talking about wanting to be better, stronger, more reliable, etc. And credit where credit is due, it's often subtle but most of the time they actually do follow through.

But the writing here really makes you believe that Yuu wants to change and/or prove how he's changed. It actually displays that he wants to change for himself. It shows how, even though he never stops loving Karin nor does it supersede his feelings for her, he nonetheless feels annoyed that she wants him to regress to their old dynamic. How he feels competitive towards her because he loves and cares about her.

More than that, it's displayed as a positive thing for him, rather than an unpleasant feeling that needs to be worked on or overcome. I like that.

i know its unlikely, but i now expect a 5th Fission to show up before the festival and they have to rush on the last Maid Outfit.

also i wonder how many Tails (and by extention, just how much hair) will Super Karin have when they merge at the end of this series.

Well an 'idol' usually does its best to become a fan's "oshi". She'll try to be the one who will always capture your attention even if there are 47 other girls on stage performing and like every other idol group member fighting to be the 'center' of the group AiKa (I-Ka) really wants to be recognized as the supreme oshi out of the other Karins.

Sick of the 4th, while wanting to get along and knocking a couple balls back at the batting cage. Always knew galka was the best one.

Still looks like things will still get solved fine and there's no chance of losing a Karin, but I do like how yuu is building up as a character as he collects them all.
