It probably won't happen, because it's a loose thread that is tangent to the main story, but I wonder if Aqua and Ruby will reveal their past lives to each other.

After all, the awareness that they both reincarnated, (and knew this about each other) as well as the promise not to ask each other about their previous lives both occurred during infancy, which due to infantile amnesia, they no longer remember....

We were told that very few people actually had access to the script, they just knew the director and that it was a big project.
I did think it was strange that Ruby was going along with this project knowing it was revealing all her mom’s secrets, but now it makes sense since she didn’t actually know what it was about.

Now that I'm re-reading at no point is there any detailed mention of other members of old B-komachi, which makes me wonder if the next big plot twist is that one of them was connected to AI's murder.

Ruby will get the role, as seen on the first chapter of Oshi No Ko. It will be that either Akane backed out, or Akane died.

What happens later is still a mystery - will someone die again?

Akane terrifies me when she pulls off that Ai mimicry. It's so spot-on I get the chills.

Akane as AI will not surprise me. However, Akane is also on the line of sight of the murderer.

this line is really odd for Me, why are they (aside Frill) act surprised.? Then again, I know nothing on how movie audition in Japan works..

It was explained only frill, as the biggest name and first option, is given the actual script because big name actors "script shop" instead of auditioning.

I too, want Shiranui Frill to win the competition, but as it goes in chapter 1, it will be Ruby who is voted for the role. The only mystery is if the siblings knew each other's past then.

That is up to Akasaka. But for me, given how a great a method actress she is, it is a pretty safe bet that she'll get the role for herself. Add the fact that she has those near accurate detective skills, it is only a matter of time Akane will be able to replicate Ai from top to bottom. This is just a speculation. It is still up to Akasaka whether he'll exploit her skill set or not.

From reading the plot, Aqua wanted to shift the target from the actress to himself. It is like doing the Brandon Lee movie, but instead of Brandon Lee getting killed he gives himself a headstart and start hunting the killer's face.

That's a pretty thrilling perspective. With everything at place, this arc will be more likely answer the questions we have for several years regarding Ai. But since Akasaka, I believe, never mentioned that this will be the last arc, despite with how things are going with the movie is a perfect way to end the series, there will be more likely a supernatural twist, given that there are some kind of supernatural beings involved. Once Aqua faced his father, and he either do the deed or not, what's next? Ruby didn't have any closure with what happened to the doctor and her mother. Will that be answered after these events unfolded? Damn... I am reading too much on this series.
