Miyako is constantly working the load of 3, maybe 4, people and has been for years now. Perhaps not as much prior to Ruby's debut, but Aqua was still a performing actor who is signed to Strawberry Productions during this timeskip.

Imagine being fobbed off a dying company and still managing to keep it afloat for a decade. All for a dream.

Ichigo's indie company before Ai's big breakout was a tiny player in the entertainment world. He broke when Ai got murdered, because she was his surrogate daughter and from his POV the embodiment of his dream - he probably made some personal sacrifices we have not seen yet, and also some we'll never see, for her sake. He hasn't exactly been productive since then, granted, until being discovered by those who picked up the pieces, but his sadness and self destructive motivation for revenge are understandable given well, the perspective from the MC with entire revenge plot.

Miyako took over the indie company that was likely hemorrhaging support staff after their one breakout talent was killed, and also likely didn't have much money in reserve. She took on the workload of several people to keep both the company and her dream afloat while also being a surrogate mother to the most inconceivable kids around. She wasn't forced into the situation, but her choice and commitment to it are still commendable despite her list of grievances. It should also be noted that she did plot to ruin the company with info on the twins and run off with someone else before being stopped by Ruby and Aqua, so that commitment likely came from coming to see the twins in a similar light Ichigo did with Ai after the fact.

Hopefully (imo they probably will) they can make up somehow, though Ichigo also has stuff on his chest he really needs to vent eventually, even if not in the immediate next chapter.
