by the looks of Kana's reaction, the movie script didn't predict Nino as Kamiki compliance.
It doesn’t feel like that to be honest. Nobody know Nino and daddy are in contact.
Kana had been doing Nino’s part for much of the film (and as usual, filming in fictions are shown linearly while in reality they jump scenes as needed by situation such as actors/staff availability for the day and location permit).
She had been doing well, but seeing this side of Nino felt like a slap saying “you’re doing it wrong”. The profile she made about Nino suddenly have to be revised and that’s a lot of rush job on her side.
Especially for the part where Nino lash out to Ai.
Kana probably understand Nino does it out of stress of unable to catch up to Ai, and jealousy.
But now seeing how Nino has a crazy obsession to Ai, she realized there's more depth to the character (an abyss even) she hasn't predicted. Being an actress she is, she wants to portray the character perfectly, so she will need to think again about how to include that new information in the acting.
Well, same thing with Akane, but so far the character she got is still not as demanding.
Ruby seems to also hit a wall with Nino saying Ruby is not like the real deal, so she's been doing it wrong.
