Probably Late to ask by now, but why make your audience read a yuri story about 2 girl making yaoi doujinshi ?

Not just this manga, some Yuri story kinda same, start with one girl being fujoshi ? yeah that most what normal girl would into. You don't need to make character being dense and blind to Yuri all the time.

And in this, when another teacher and student get caught, she quickly aware of how dangerous their relationship are, instead of being obivous, since they are just 2 girl hang out, nothing sus can happen. Make her into yuri shipping, and anime like Magical girl, CGDCT would be fine.

And last, if the end where thing only stay subtext, getting axed before mangaka plan ( which is happen a lot) that mean you leave the audience with canon straight girl. it already debatable with the "they are just close friend", now it worse

I think ... Something to connect. in this case its normie art and nerd art. Rest is it's the series plot and progressing. in this case gyarus family problem and the mentor is safe zone.

Overall, having fun. No matter if it's dumb or wierd or don't make any sense.

I'm sure she already knows but is letting Sensei reveal that when she's ready. I'm also pretty sure she's already fallen for her. She said her feelings in chapter 5 and it's likely only gotten stronger since then.
