I hate it when the main characters are not on equal ground. The heroine keeps showing her feelings to him only to be labeled in the MC's mind as a someone who's approaching him just to get his brother.

It's just outright disgusting to me how disrespectful he is in treating her actions. Just fucking refuse and tell her your circumstances, or accept her feelings. Don't leave people hanging with empty hope like this.

I've seen enough Japanese SoL male characters to get disgusted by this kind of behavior. At least some of them HAVE the courage to talk to the girl without constantly degrading themselves.

How he is being disrespectful? He always talks to her, helped her shopping, lend her an umbrella even if he thinks she will end up using him in the end
Also... She could also confess her true feeling, with would lead to him explain what he thinks.
What annoys me are people thinking that others should take action base on implied feelings and intentions, if the other side is clear on their intentions them there would be no real issue here, right?
But in the other hand, is hard to confess so it is what it is
