That's not what perfectionism is.
Eh, maybe. Looks more like a sweater to me. But whatever. Just odd.Looks like a suit that an adult would wear to their office job?
Alao, I just realized... I don't think rei has any close friends in school that knows his real self, which honestly is a bit sad.Idk why people talking about rei like he's being unreasonable, societal pressure is a bitch and no matter how that perfect image of him was formed, he feels pressured to keep it up and not let people down. He also has no reassurance that anyone other than his family would like his actual personality since he doesn't drop the mask unless he's at home. Who knows how long he's been keeping it up, and who knows what caused him to try and improve his image in the first place, expectations will always be there and that'll always suck.
Not necessarily...the girl from back then in the sports event who was having a conversation with rei seems like she knows more about rei and more familiar with himSo they've already perfectly set up the brother with that gyaru who is completely nonplussed by him then lmao

Tbh ship rei with that girl
Lol were you talking about her?
But didn’t he is outdoorsy boys, as written on the previous chapter. As someone who as a boy, would scream at frequencies only dogs could hear whenever I became aware that a mantis had gotten too close (too close being, the same planet). I wholeheartedly empathize with Youta.
Strangely enough I had traces of Houjou as well. Beetles didn't gross me out. I didn't care for them, but I could pick them up.
I also dimly remember chasing girls with a worm at the end of a stick.

Maid cafe she says?
But is she going as a customer or an employee?
To me it sorta seems like his situation is a lot higher stakes because he's a fictional character in a world where attractiveness works differently than it does in real life?If I had to guess - he kinda sounds like an introvert, who masks really effectively. But, it drains his "social battery" having to do it the whole time at school each day, and once he's home he "unmasks" and turns into ...whatever that thing on the couch was in that one panel as he's just fully on empty.
I can be similarish on occasion - though I didn't strive to be a perfect, popular "10" at school or anything.
Come to think of it I could see him being like MC: ruined by his formative experiences with girls. Picture this: he starts preschool and is initially just trying his best for regular reasons, immediately gets super popular and then one of his fangirls sees him doing something sloppy and is TOTALLY DEVASTATED. Or maybe she doesn't even fully catch him doing the sloppy thing, but it's super obvious that if he doesn't hide it and any other flaws she'll be TOTALLY DEVASTATED.But, maybe he did it once or twice as a 1st year trying to make a good impression, people reacted favorably, he kept doing it, people made fan clubs, and now he's stuck in a cycle of "I've painted myself into the popular corner and I cannot get out".
I seriously don’t think I’ve ever hated a person more than you before. If you disappeared, it would do us all a service.I feel like he'll fall in love with her and take her away from the mc
Look at this failures history. His entire existence is to only make cuck comments like this. He’s a masochist who gets off on the abuse.then the entire premise of this series falls on its face.
the MC already thinks every girl he's ever met is only talking to him to use him to get to Rei. If Houjou does it as well, then there's no resolution to his character arc - and that still applies if it's Rei going after Houjou on his own - and the actual narrative of the story centered around MC might as well not exist at all, at that point.
Besides, your phrasing implies that Houjou would just go along with it in that hypothetical - and there's zero indication she's that kind of person, either.
This isn't an NTR doujin, after all.
I can’t tell if this dude is a bot account, or he seriously think he’s valid in any conceivable wayAlso brahim-17:
