When the healer guild woman wasn't in a good role I think she had the interest of her workplace in mind and wasn't evil, getting tortured and possibly raped for that is overkill as punishment.
As other fantasy stories made clear healer guilds usually have hih prices and deny healing because in the past they were abused by customers, so they created a organization to protect healers, and the money was used to manage it an pay guardians, MC low price is bd for them because it ruins a balance they created with a lot of effort.
Of course, not treating commoners at all is bad on its own, but from the little we have seen she is not bad and the worst thing she did was saying she had seen the girls with MC, that seems to be a very forced revelation as she recognized them from a bad drawing after seeing them for not even a minute, if she actually did, her snitching was the real karma sign.
