Kodansha is marketing the official English release themselves. They are doing two of the volumes you see here for every one volume in the English release, so V1-2 = Vol 1, V3-4 = Vol2, V5-6 = Vol3.

TSP dropped it after V4 ('Volume 2') and the new scanlator is only publishing the stuff they haven't sold in English yet (Volume 7), so you will only find V5-6 (Vol3) for free if somebody is putting up pirate copies of the official release or just not posting their scanlates on the normal sites. You can buy and read the ebook version on Kindle and some other venues, so Volume 3 of the ebook version is exactly the same chapters as are missing here.

I got confused so can anyone clarify it for me :

Starless night scans are translating chapter that should be in VOl 4 eng. Vol 3eng has already been ripped and posted on other sites.
so they are picking up from where it was left and now there are no missing chapters on the net.

I generally dont like glasses in anime, I think because with the already large eyes they end up taking up way too much of the face and it looks weird to me, but something about the glasses the girl on the cover has on just makes her look even more adorable? Maybe it's because her eyes aren't as big as most in anime so it feels more realistic.
