Yes. The fake "Alicia" is the lady you see in chapter 1, and also the disciple of Serjura. Basically, touching that stone caused the lady's memories to mix with the this current "Alicia's" memories, hence why we have this current situation.

I love how people at least act normal and is suspicious of the fake, and even draw the conclusion that she’s a fake compared to most other stories where they’re just accepted no matter what kind of a bitch it is.

She doesn’t have nothing, she has the ring as “proof” and knows of things Alice should know. Worse stories would just have the characters accept that as proof enough even though there can be multiple reasons explaining this.
