There is crap ton of MCs, who have sex with their harem, but if we are speaking only about husbands, then there is Reda from Healer manga, Aegir from Road to kingdom and (IIRC) at least three Isekai protags.

You should also add to the list someone who actually fulfills the husband's duties to his wife. Or wives, in this case.

They are his fiancees not his wives. Actually doing the deed with them before marriage would be a scandal they'd have to cover up. Plus, he's deathly afraid of Angelica's father.

How is that a scandal? He just needs to marry them in a reasonable time. It's a scandal if a man does the deed and then doesn't accept responsibility. Which is actually how many unhappy marriages began in the past when a man and woman did the deed, the woman got pregnant, and the man had to bear the responsibility and marry a woman he wouldn't have otherwise married. Of course it's a bit different with a princess since a woman in such a position can't really go around having dalliances, but she's already his fiancée. Who knows why this shounen plot needed to immediately send Leon to the shithole republic before the marriage was finished.

At this point Leon would fear the Redgrave duke more if he didn't marry Angelica. He's already such a valuable chess piece for the Redgraves.

I think in this case, the ruin the comment is talking about, is the major damage done to that family's reputation, with all the crimes being exposed right now.
