This is the sequel to Otomege. The last chapter ended with Leon "beating" the game but then learning there's a sequel to the game so now he gotta go deal with there. They chose to end the first manga there and make a new sequel manga which this one is.

no last chapter (chapter 69 - since been removed) ended with a guy puttign out his cigar on arrogantz, and mc and ai-bot being mad about it.

and this is not the sequel, or at least it was not when I originalyl commented. Seeing as there was no "related" tab for this title back then. That said, things have changed since then (chapter deletion and related-entries appearing).

No, the main series was completed last year.

It ends with massive timeskip showing Leon is king, married everyone (Olivia, Angelica, Noelle, Clarice, Deirdre, Louise, Hertude, Mylene) and had kids with them. The final bit is a typical 'the adventure goes on' scenario as it mentions that the games had even more sequels, so Leon has to periodically visit other countries to save the world and unintentionally grow his harem.

The only thing ongoing is the Marie Route LNs.
