That's because in the org JP release, this arc is put under new Vol. 1 book rather than the continuation of Vol. 13 manga.

You can see it in the comic walker JP release where you can see the new cover art with new title and the story itself begins from Chapter 1 instead of continuing Chapter 68.

This isn't new though. There are series that got sequel but started off from the 1st volume again.
