They're hanging on to their sanities by a thread. They don't even see their family members as people anymore. Y'know, the people who are supposed to count as their "loved ones" who are now basically NPCs to them.

Man's really going to do the gyaru-oh makeover as a prank? With only one day that piercing has no time to heal though. Unless he already has piercings we just didn't see yet.
Well, when everything resets after a day there's really no limits to what they can do to amuse themselves. This was funny... even a pregnancy scare as a prank would be fine, but I just hope they don't go full edgy on this. Once the boredom takes full hold even gory things can happen.
