Leaning is perfectly normal. It is the normal way to play not just driving games. Others mentioned flying sims, meanwhile I was leaning all over the place when playing Outer Wilds, even outside of the spaceship. Heck, I was even walking with a slight forward tilt for a bit after racing through that game in a week, like I was walking on a curved surface. Leaning left and right in a kart racer game is nothing.

Words are not enough to describe how adorable this chapter was. I'm sure these are going to be core memories these two will carry into adulthood with them. He'll tease her from time to time about the leaning and she'll remind him how she got better at the game (or so I hope).

Yes, this is the second half of episode 4.

It's actually around the halfway point of Episode 4- pretty sure the rest of Episode 4 is covered by later whole chapters. There's usually something like three to four Manga chapters per Episode. I don't know the ratio for the LN's chapters, but I know people have said the end of the anime covers at least as far as Ch.100 of the LN.

For clarity's sake, Episode 1 of the anime technically covered up to the first bit of Ch.4 (there's one conversation between Amane and Mahiru during the first part of Ch.4 that got placed at the very end of the first Episode), Episode 2 covered up through all of Ch.6 beyond that, and Episode 3 came up through Ch.10. Episode 4 is shaping up to cover up through Ch.13 or 14, I would assume, but won't be sure until I actually read those chapters. This part of Ch.12 covers up to the start of minute 13 of Ep.4, that's all I can say for certain right now.
