Manga, whose MC has become one of the most powerful characters in the story since the beginning of the chapters with little to none skill development process.

Such as One Punch Man, Overlord, Yasei no Last Boss, Kage no Jitsuryokusha, Kuma Kuma Bear, and many other isekai..
But I don't think Tensura, Kumo Desu ga, Solo Leveling, Re: Monster.. fall into this category..

yeah, this is honestly subjective. I don't think anyone would be able to agree on a clear line for "length of skill development process", or even that that's what that tag would mean.
Plus, whaddaya mean "little to none skill development process" for One Punch Man? Saitama had a strength training regimen, it just all happened offscreen. And the character in Yasei no Last Boss was forged by minmaxing throughout his entire career.

Yes, Saitama or other MCs may have their own power-gaining segments, but "the main story" started after they owned it.
OPM is not a story that tells you the process on how Saitama training from 0 to become the most powerful character, but it's a story "after" he became one.

Maybe "little to none skill development process" can be removed as definition if it's confusing... or just forget this entire suggestion XDD

So if the author introduced the MC in the beginning of the story as (the one of) the most powerful character, then it can be tagged as "overpowered"
