The reason I guess it's only Euclid is because it can technically be contained of its anomalous effects by not coming into contact with it. It sucks since "containing" it seems to be a real pain in the ass.

then send it to space with only Oxygen supply and do the interogation using Video call or any Long range communication , because when the hooking start ( the Operation ) , the submarine didnt show up while he was in the air , so either go Interogation in the Air or outside Atmosphere using Internet / Camera ( Video call ) / any sort of long range Communication

Few details missing is the fact that if SCP-2770-1 fails to get the attention of a target vessel or a ship approach him without the intent of rescue, it will be pulled underwater and not resurface for at least 124 hours.

Also the fact that after a ship is "swallowed", SCP-2770-1 won't resurface for at least 242 hrs (more, depending on how large the ship is), implying that there's some form of digestion. SCP-2770-1 didn't resurface for a single digit (It was censored) year after swallowing the facility.

well a way to destroy it is to bring it to another facility, except this facility only has a D-class and scp-682. 682 gets swallowed then chestbursters from wherever/whatever the hell it's stomach is.

@starburst98 682 could adapt to the effect of 2770 and get another anomalous effect beyond being almost indestructible. They stopped doing tests with 682 cause is REALLY possible that they could start a XK-class scenario while experimenting with him.
