Page setup resets on reload

If you are forced to reload (say due to DDOS preventing the whole page from loading), the page setup (long, single, double) will reset to the default for that manga. This can get very annoying if you purposefully change a Manhwa from long to single page to force thing to load in smaller chunks (and thus have a better chance of loading at all). Also resets every time you go to a new chapter.
