I don't think Rigonda dropped it. He has been dormant for a month+ at times before returning to release chapters on a semi-weekly basis.

I'll give it another month until I start being concerned about Rigonda dropping this series again.

That's ultimately the story direction it looks like Lynn is going in "he's just as bad as Kanejo!" even if that doesn't mesh well with the story as a whole, but consistency it's not Lynn's forte.

If Nishina turns against MC, I can somewhat understand why if she believes that MC needs to be destroyed because he's the same league as Kanejo.

However, MC becoming Kanejo 2.0 at the end of the story? From the amount of emotion that he shows whenever a person he cares about dies, that would not sit well with me at all if MC turns evil because he gives in to the dark side.

SAME. I was telling this woman I've been talking to that I read manga, but it's usually trash stuff and when she asked for an example, my mind immediately went here. I didn't mention the name, but I explained to her it's basically softcore hentai. She told me she wouldn't judge me for it and that people in general shouldn't judge anyone for reading it, but I straight up told her no, some people need to be judged for some things and reading this manga is one of them.
