the hautor traped himself out of the mc comming back trough coma since he is too damaged to survive another fall. he also dropped a lot of lore with the fuck monster killng girls, the unicron, the mc's main vilain (altought he could get a come back ?) even nishinia disapeared along the way and I can't remember when or where. it's now just a nomadic harem trying to save the world from a suspiciously inactive tyran.

I honestly think he has no main story, he is just winging it and no mater if it's not logical. as you said, sex fantasy and nothing else
