It's to get dumb people to think that they have the other chapters already and visit their website. This equals ad revenue and hits. If the group/person is more of a dubious asshole, visiting their website could instead equal adware, viruses, and/or malware.

But honestly, it's like work paid on commission. Backstabbers and snipers aplenty just so they can eek out just a little more money.

Just read this chapter because why not, and damn, whoever the translator is, he seriously needs a proofreader, the grammar's all over the place, and i'm not convinced that some words are translated correctly..
