@Siquall Most likely she becomes a witch in the future which allows her to time travel back. So she goes back to make sure that Youta gets sent to the future. Basically if she doesn't initiate the cycle then she'll never meet Youta so she creates a time loop where she always goes back to send Youta to the future from the past.
Of course if future Lilia realizes Nishina is the God of Jealousy then she should know that she shouldn't send Youta to the future since Nishina is the cause of the curse in the first place. What still needs to be explained is why Nishina became the God of Jealousy and what time period did she get thrown into to make her have that power in the first place. Also we need to find a more efficient form of time travel than throwing people out of hospital windows.

It just occurred to me that the reason Lilia probably doesn't have a mark on her neck is because she got isekai'd just like Youta - OK, probably not in the same manner!
In the earlier chapters Genius mentions to Youta that there have been otherworlders before him, but that he's the first male in 3000 years.
The moon breaking does not apply to otherworlders, or women not native to this future Earth.
There were some earlier guesses suggesting pregnancy, but we're up to Ch. 87 - I'm sure it's been more than a few months since the first few girls got 'knocked up', and there's not been the slightest hint of a belly bulge, increase in appetite, vomiting, etc.

@frjoethesecond Nah, Lynn's been pretty inconsistent with their ass drawings, and some angles - Lynn's weakness appears to be the sides - be hella flat.
Even some of the curviest women in this manga, Momo, Hanahana, and - I'm not sure who's the curviest out of the new cast ladies in this arc, 'cause of some of their outfits -
be smoking hot at the front with good backshots, but the sides, and some of the angular backshots... dem asses be FLAT.

Hanahana, who is supposed to be the curvier than Tia, although her bust was pretty consistent throughout, but in a number of panels her ass was Pinako levels of flat - and Pinako isn't as curvy as Tia.
From the front Hanahana's curves were on point.

Lilia is probably my fav at the moment.
