In cursed websites there is the "artist cg" tag that accurately describes that, alongside sets of the same picture with slight modifications.

This artist has been around for many, many years before AI was a thing, and is one of the big ones, the kind of people they stole art to train AI slop in. Please do some research before accusing someone of something.

I thought so too at first, especially because there's so much detailing, I thought that they might've just done a great cleanup job on them. But that'll be why it's not an actual manga and more of an image set , cause this amount of detail in a full manga would be kinda insane...
And then I saw the comment about their Twitter and confirmed it wasn't lol
